We deliberately built a sequencer that doesn't try to be a CRM. Fewer features, fewer moving parts, fewer bugs. Two things we obsess over, and a list of the rest.
Random delays inside natural ranges. No two emails go out on the same cadence, so mailbox providers can't fingerprint a robotic send pattern.
45–180s between sends, never the same gap twice
When the inbox detects a sustained hard-bounce rate, sending pauses automatically. Reputation damage is contained before it spreads to the rest of your domain.
Pauses at 5% sustained over 10 minutes. Tunable per inbox.
